The Making of King Arthur - Saturday, May 21st 10:30am
Join us for a discussion with local artist John Moro as he presents The Making of King Arthur, a dynamic wooden sculpture depicting Arthur approaching the sword in the stone. This piece is the third in his Hero series and will be on display in the Children's Room all month

The Antlered Ship Storywalk at the Rockport Harbor -
Wednesday-Friday, 5/25-5/27 11-11:45am

Stop by the Rockport Harbor (Rockport Marine Park) for a Storywalk and songs led by Charlie and pick up a take-and-make craft freaturing The Antlered Ship by Dashka Slater!
 
Spring Storytimes and Programs for Children

Stop by the library for our weekly children's programs this spring Space will be limited on a first-come first-serve basis. Programs will be indoors and will use the entire Children's Room unless the weather is particularly lovely.

STEAM PROGRAMS
Lego Club, Tuesdays 4-5pm (5/17)
Drop by the Children's Room for free play with legos or try out one of our builders challenges based on your reading interests. Past builders challenges have included castles, crime scenes, and cottages. Ideal for ages 4-12.

Messy Art Studio, Fridays 4-5pm (5/20, 5/27)
Drop by the Children's Room for a weekly process art workshop. This month, we'll focus on pointillism with a variety of paints, markers, and colored pencils. All art supplies will be provided. STORYTIMES
Lunchtime Storytime, Tuesdays 12:30-1pm (5/17)

Drop in for a snack-friendly Storytime focused on shapes, colors, numbers, and ABCs. Weather permitting, we'll picnic in the park! Ideal for ages 2-5.

Bouncing Babies, Saturdays 10-10:30am (5/21)
Drop in for a Storytime with songs, Baby ASL, and lap bounces in the Children's Room. Ideal for babies ages 0-2.

Pajama Storytime, biweekly Wednesdays 6-6:30pm (5/25)
Join us in the Children's Room for lullabies, sleepy books, and gentle stretches. Charlie will wear PJs and you should too! Ideal for ages 2-8. Siblings and stuffed animals are welcome!

Farmers Market Storytime, Saturdays 11-11:30am (5/27)
Join us at the Guini Ridge Farmers Market for an outdoor Storytime with picture books and songs. Ideal for children under 12.
